Bless The Lord!

Bless The Lord!

Psalm 103 is a perfect opportunity for us reflect on the mercies of God and be encouraged by who He is and what He has done for us. My challenge is that we would spend time Praying this Psalm and reflect on what a wonderful God we serve. How could we not desire to Bless the Lord because of the mercy He has shown us?

Psalm 103 (NKJV)

And all that is within me, bless His holy name!

“A Real Conversation About Race and the Church” presented by Sandals Church

“A Real Conversation About Race and the Church” presented by Sandals Church

Click link below to watch “A Real Conversation About Race and the Church” presented On Sunday July 17, 2016 where Pastor Matt from Sandals Church in Riverside California was joined by a diverse panel of pastors and law enforcement leaders for a real, public conversation about race and the church.

A Real Conversation About Race and the Church

“The recent events in Baton Rouge, St. Paul and Dallas have resurfaced a history of hurt and division in our nation and caused every single one of us to consider the state of race relations in America. It is easy to be divided when it seems as though no one is listening.

So how should we respond? Honestly, we don’t know.
What we do know is that the church is called to be a place and a people of healing, community and hope.

It’s not easy to come up with one response to the events that have taken place in America over the last week, and while it may not be our place to provide a solution, we can provide a space for a conversation.

On Sunday, July 17, 2016 Pastor Matt was joined by a diverse panel of pastors and law enforcement leaders for a real, public conversation about race and the church”.

So, what is patience?

One of the definitions that I found in Read More…

What Do We Have to Worry About?

What Do We Have to Worry About?

In the gospel of Matthew chapter 6, Jesus tells us not to worry about food, clothes, and shelter. The Father understands what we need and will provide. Jesus explains that the Father even clothes the grass of the field. What an interesting concept to consider? I mean when I look at the grass in my yard, I just see grass. I never thought of Read More…
